MOTION BY TRUSTEE ROSE TO OPEN THE MEETING, SECONDED BY TRUSTEE DENTON. All AYES and No NAYES. MOTION PASSED.

 

PUBLIC COMMENT:

Alan Taylor stated that it sounded like a good idea.

Question from Steve Helman- is this the same as the state law. Yes, with the addition of penalties.
