MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 20, 2017 MEETING

 

Meeting opened at

Present at the meeting:

Mayor- Linda Petterson-Law

Trustee- Robyn Rose

Trustee- Linda Denton- absent

Trustee Timothy Morford- absent

Trustee- Chad Quackenbush

 

PUBLIC COMMENT:

 Mrs. Morford asked regarding her bill

 Mentioned that there is a company, Lysick, that want to come into the Glen Park.

 

MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING:

MOTION MADE BY:  Trustee Rose To Approve The Minutes of the October 16, 2017 , Seconded by Trustee Quackenbush. ALL Ayes and NO Nayes. Motion Passed.

MOTION MADE BY:  Trustee Quackenbush To Approve The Minutes of the November 2, 8, and 15, Seconded by Trustee Rose. ALL Ayes and NO Nayes. Motion Passed.

 

AUDIT OF THE BILLS:

MOTION MADE BY:  Trustee  To ACCEPT THE AUDIT OF THE BILLS AND TO PAY THOSE BILLS FOR THE MONTH , Seconded by Trustee. Ayes and Nayes. Motion Passed.

 

BOARD MEMBERS/STAFF REPORTS:

Trustee Quackenbush- Reported on Lynwood Hand bill. Flags in Village need to be illuminated. Fence on York  

Street is falling down. The NYS Thruway is responsible. Chad is going to talk to Assemblyman

SantaBarabra about aa sound barrier fence. What is the status on the chairperson for the Sewer Board. Haven’t heard from Fonda. There is an Insurance policy for the plant.

Trustee Rose- Spoke about how well Halloween went, received comments from residents how nice it was to see

the board out there. Thank you to the Fire Department for all of their help. Tree lighting Saturday

November 25 at 6:  PM in Snyder Park. Reception at the Reformed Church about 6:30 both village

churches will be contributing to the reception. Santa will also be there. House decorating contest, put it

on the web, sounds good. Next news letter to go out with next water bill.
