MINUTES OF TUESDAY January 21, 2020 PUBLIC HEARING

 

Meeting opened at 5:30

Present at the meeting:

Mayor- Linda Petterson-Law

Trustee- Linda Denton-

Trustee Timothy Morford-

Trustee- Stephen Helmin-

Trustee Barney J Wemple Jr.

 

There was no public in attendance.

 

Discussion on changing Village Code, Chapter 120. Street and Sidewalks, Article II. Sidewalks. 120-3. Responsibility of property owners,

 

120-3.C reads Sidewalks must be cleaned of snow and ice immediately following a storm.

 

Trustee Helmin brought up additional language he would like to see included in the code.

            It was agreed to add to this language to the Resolution.

 

Discussion regarding the length of time allotted after a storm to clear sidewalks issued. This will be discussed more when Resolution is brought forward during the regular monthly meeting

 

Motion to adjourn by Trustee Helmin, Seconded by Trustee Denton. All Ayes and No Nays, Motion Passed.
